Nobody is (or should be) saying to blame Joe Paterno completely for the recent State College scandal, there's plenty of blame to go around.
However, the guy has a lot of pull. Joe Pa isn't a normal employee, he runs that school. Lets not relate this to you and me, he can ban a guy from being on his facility at the very least, that would be the bare minimum.
"Dude told his boss and did what was legally right?" That's a SICKENING, DISGUSTING, PATHETIC WAY to look at things.
It's AMAZING that some people are so selfish these days that as long as they did what they were legally obligated to do it's justified.
